Our premises are monitored 24/7 using advanced closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, which send instant alerts if any unusual activity is detected. The property is fully enclosed with vibracrete walls on the sides and back, while the front features a brick wall, a pedestrian gate, and a remote-controlled driveway gate.

Accommodation Features

House Pedro offers six shared bedrooms accommodating up to 12 students. Each of the four bathrooms is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and basin, ensuring convenience and comfort. The kitchen is fully furnished with built-in cupboards, a double sink, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and two gas hobs, providing everything students need to prepare meals. 

Hot water is supplied by three gas geysers, and two 5000-litre water tanks ensure reliable toilet flushing. Additional facilities include a laundry room with a washing machine, a second refrigerator, six outdoor washing lines, and an extra toilet and basin for added convenience.
